Entrepreneur and Food Enthusiast Sofia Teixera prides herself in providing authentic Portuguese cuisine. Sofia is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University and previously worked for Darden Restaurant Inc. for over 9 years. She utilizes and combines her food/business knowledge with the 9 years of real world business experience in order to create and fuel the passion for the food and beverages in her restaurant. Her mission is to "Make everyone feel like I would if they were in my home."
